Helping my daughter buy a car from Prestige was a pleasure - which I never thought I would ever say about buying a used car. Rick was patient, personable and very helpful. There was no pressure, and this made it a low-stress experience.  We just drove the Mazda3 we bought over 500km back home over two mountain passes. Great car. We were looking for a car for our family for a long time and only kept meeting online sellers who were getting rid of junk cars. Then we finally found this dealership. What a difference, very personal  approach, all cons and pros of their car explained upfront , printed receipts and carfax, organized , offered us long test drive to make sure this is the right car for us and were very helpful and patient with us to decide. We highly recommended, solid car business and they know how to deal with people which is super important these days where liars are all over market place and craigslist :). Great. I purchased a vehicle from Rick on summer of 2023. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Rick. There was an issue with the vehicle which Mr. Rick resolved to my satisfaction by going the extra 150kms. Mr. Rick has been transparent with the expectation of the vehicle and brought to my attention any future/expected replacements parts/services. The sales process was smooth, and an in house insurance agent was ready and waiting for me in my convenience.

Very worthwhile to check out this dealer.  I bought a 2018 Rav4 Hybrid and the car is even better than I expected. Rick was very helpful and he even picked me up to go get the car. I also appreciated that he had a Autoplan agent come in as well to get the insurance. Rick explained the paperwork well and in no time I was driving away in my new car.
